If your child has an EFA through New Hampshire, you can use those funds toward your Rooted in Writing subscription through ClassWallet — the digital wallet platform the EFA program uses. Here's how.
There are two ways to do it. Most families choose Direct Pay so nothing comes out of pocket, but both work beautifully.
Option 1 — Direct Pay (no out-of-pocket cost)
With Direct Pay, ClassWallet sends payment to us directly from your student's EFA funds. You never pay out of your own pocket.
Request an invoice from us using the invoice request form. We'll need your child's name & which subscription you'd like.
We'll send you an itemized invoice with everything New Hampshire requires — our vendor name, the date of the invoice, a clear description of each item, & the amount due.
Log in to ClassWallet and click "Pay Vendor" on your portal homepage.
Find Rooted in Writing in the vendor list and upload the invoice we sent you.
Once your payment is approved, ClassWallet sends the funds to us — and we'll get your box on its way.
Have more than one child with EFA funds? You can log in once and switch between your children's accounts when issuing payments.
Option 2 — Reimbursement
Prefer to purchase now & be reimbursed? You can do that too.
Purchase your subscription right here on our site.
Link a bank account in your student's ClassWallet account (this is where your reimbursement will go).
Upload your receipt in the Reimbursement section on your account homepage. Your receipt will include everything New Hampshire looks for: our vendor name, the date of the receipt, a clear description of each item, & the amount paid.
Step-by-step help: Submitting receipts for reimbursement.
Need an invoice?
We're happy to send one over. Just fill out the invoice request form and we'll get it to you — formatted with everything New Hampshire EFA requires, so all you have to do is upload it.
